Tacos Ensenada in Duarte

I recommend their Baja style fish and shrimp tacos. It's delicious with their adobo yellow peppers. Their carne asada tacos are also tasty. The carne asada burrito is OK. They also have hot sauce that's good but you have to ask them for it.

Worst customer service ever. Don't bother calling ahead because your order still wont be ready. The short lady at the counter handing out orders should really work on her customer service skills. Always check your order before leaving because twice we had an issue where this lady gives us the wrong order and she has the audacity to get mad first. The food is not great and not worth the trouble you put up with when dealing with the people who work there.

They serve large portions and for fair prices. very nice staff. I recommend this place.

Tacos were so good I had to buy 10 just to take home to Hesperia, definitely will come back and I hope the heck they sell beer :-)

This is a mexican seafood place, so if you are looking for fish tacos or ceviche this is your place, though they have more than that, the shrimp burritos are huge and the carnitas tacos are just great. Excellent food here.

This place is on point with cooking seafood. I ordered a fish tako, and the picture is of my tostada mixta. On the same ticket there was a dope and shrimp cocktel. The shrimp on these 2 items was perfectly prepared. This place is on the pricey side of town but you definitely get what you are looking for.

To the lady that answers the phone, awesome job. You sound like you recognize my voice, impossible since I've only eaten here twice, months apart, but you definitely give off that home vibe. Food is standard. Morning menu is pretty good. Foods been consistent so far. Salsas are good as well

I like the restaurant on Lincoln in Altadena better. Burritos were cold and way too cheesy.

I have gone here for over 10 years. It is the quintessential Mexican seafood that's available here in the Inland Empire. I have taken Mexican American friends and family members, and Everyone is always amazed and Incredibly happy with the authentic cuisine.

Loved it. How have I not been here before?? The fish and shrimp tacos are awesome. The tortillas are amazing. The tacos dorados de camaron are also pretty damn good. There is a bottle of their own sauce on every table and it's really good too, not very spicy but a real good sauce that went well with everything and they sell bottles of it too. I had 3 fish tacos, 1 shrimp taco and 2 hardshell shrimp tacos and a small jamaica. The jamaica was a little on the sweet side but still refreshing. Realized that they have lots of locations too, gonna have to try them all, for science.

Fishtacos are awesome! If you go, go early. We went there at 9 pm and they put up the chairs on the tables already , not very comfortable and the Pine Sol smell isn't pleasant while eating. But as I've mentioned, the food is great!

Quality has decreased since the last time i was there. The shrimp tacos tasted like old oil, and the quesadilla was very greasy from low quality cheese.

Went with coworker Friday for first time and liked it! Had 3 tacos, fish, pastor and asada. All were good but I definitely like the fish the best. The place is big and clean, and was fairly busy, so that's a good sign. They have Taco Tuesday for $1, so I'll definitely do that next time

We had a wonderful time in this spot. We loved the first-rate ambience and the food. The waiters are very affable. I am content we finally decided to try this place.

Took longer than expected which I didn't mind but after waiting my fish tacos were soggy for some.

I ordered for pick up online said it'd be ready within 35 minutes for 8 tacos, and when I got there they put in my order on the spot so I guess there no point in doing online orders. Still had to wait an extra 10 minutes. Food is good but service is kinda off...

One of the best tacos ever! I stopped by recently when we were very hungry and there was none in the area. This one was open with the brightest lights which took us in. There was a line and wait but it was worth it. Prkce was reasonable too. I had 1 taco in downtown for $4. Here tacos go fro. 99 cents to $2.19 each.

The food was great just one thing about our food it came out at different times plus be aware of the the bottle of Tapatio it doesn't have a cap so chile will pour out on your food. Customers service was poor and unorganized plus a little Rude... We also noticed it with other customers as we ate our meal

Good, but can be so much better. Food is decent, but service and organization can be better. First we tried calling in our order to go to make things easier for all, but was put on hold and then forgotten about. We were already on our way, so waited on the phone for about 7 mins while we drove there then decided to hang up when we arrived to order inside. They have good spacing for people in line to order at the cashier, but you have to walk past everyone in line to get out after you order. Kind of defeats the purpose. You also have to make sure to ask for salsa, limes, chiles or anything else. I was fortunate to ask for salsa and roasted chiles, but forgot the limes :( I think I saw jalapeños and carrots as well, but will take note for the next time. Food wise, we ordered a shrimp taco combo and two fish tacos. Hit the spot but not sure it was good enough to warrant a trip back anytime soon. May try La Bufadora or Taco Nazo and see how they are doing these days and compare notes.

This place has amazing food and very large portions. I recommend this as a definite must if you are ever in the area. We were at City of Hope and glad they listed this on their places to eat in the surrounding area. We left soooo stuffed we could barely breathe. LOVED IT

We order nachos of asada and some tacos and the meat looked like dry ground beef and the taste was horrible Me and my family’s usually order from here and it’s was always great food never had a problem but today june 6 was a different experience I dont Know if you guys changed your meat but it was forsure not asada We couldnt even eat them !

I lived an Azusa and frequently visited. I then moved to La Habra and still make it a point to visit when I am in the area (twice a month). By far the best tacos I have tasted in Southern California. Love the pollo and carnitas tacos.

Best seafood/Mariscos this side of town! Seafood is always fresh and prepared just like home. Don't forget to stop by for Taco Tuesday...they offer incredible $.99 fish tacos. This place does get crazy packed especially during lunchtime! They dont sell alcohol here. But that's okay...their food is reason enough to come here! 👍👍

Good Baja food. Tacos, stews and everything else is good. Nice clean place. Very spacious, good parking. Service is good. I'm glad that expanded this place, used to be a tight squeeze, but not anymore.

I always try to judge my best only thing I didn't like is the owner is not accepting old 100 dollar bills, he can buy a money check device and not loose clients, I don't know if this is even legal to do, I'll check.

Awesome food but they are getting cheap on the salsa. I've been going here for years a few times a month with co-workers . Today I ordered a burrito and an order of chips and salsa. I got 1 salsa for big side of chips and they charged me. 25 cents for the second salsa. The salsa containers are. 05 oz I believe, maybe 1oz max.$0.75 fee to use a debit card.

I had ordered tacos which were great. Although I thought they could have done better without the pico de gallo and just gone the traditional way with cilantro and cebolla. Aside from that I ordered 2 sopes, in which look nothing like them. It’s as if they just threw them in the box and topped it with a lot of topping. I had specifically said no salsa on any of the food. Just because I going to share with my 1yr old daughter. Not just that but the sopes are soggy wet and have salsa. I won’t ever buy food from here again.
